OYSTERS POINT CLEAR

1pint raw oysters
oyster half shells
1 box rock salt
1 pint sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 package cracker crumbs
1c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Place one oyster on each half shell. Place shells on a bed of rock salt on cookie sheet. Mix butter, cracker crumbs, and cheese together in a small bowl until crumbly; set aside. On each oyster, place 1 tsp. of sour cream, then top with 1 tblsp. crumb mixture. Cook until brown in 350 degree oven (about 20-25 minutes). Serve hot. If oyster half shells are not available, cook in a flat dish without rock salt. the quantities may be increased to serve a larger party.
