PEACH POUND CAKE 1c. softened butter or margarine Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time mixing after each. Combine flour, soda and salt in separate bowl; set aside. Mix sour cream and peaches together. Add dry ingredients alternately with peach mixture to creamed ingredients. Stir in flavoring. Bake in prepared pans for 1 hour. Remove pans to cooling rack. Dust with confectioners sugar, if desired. |
